Chasing subcontractors for paperwork is a job nobody should have to do twice.
Scope Australia runs logistics work across multiple facilities, with jobs going out to subcontractors and paperwork coming back. The portal covers the full life of a job: creating it, allocating it, tracking which vehicle did the work, collecting the docket at the end, and getting it through to invoicing. Residency Studios brought us in to build it.
The chasing is automated. Subcontractors are messaged when a job needs a response, and again when a docket is still outstanding. Management gets a job overview each evening and an invoice status report every Monday morning. Every change is written against the job, so there is a record of what happened rather than someone's recollection of it.
