Essendon Natural Health has been treating people in Essendon since 2016, and now has nine practitioners working across acupuncture and Chinese medicine, naturopathy, osteopathy, myotherapy and more. Someone arriving for IVF support and someone arriving with a bad back need completely different things from the same website. The build organises the clinic around its practitioners and the conditions they treat, so a visitor can find the right person rather than the right department.

Booking runs through Cliniko, the system the clinic already works from, so appointments land in the same diary as everything else — no second calendar to keep in step. The clinic adds practitioners, updates profiles and answers new questions itself, without coming back to us.
